Kerbau mungkin adalah ahli yang paling unik dalam kelaurga poultry. Mungkin kerana jarangnya kerbau menjadi pilihan untuk diternak, berbanding lembu dan kambing, menyebabkan ia jarang menjadi hidangan di rumah.
Menurut seorang jemerleh (juru sembelih@butcher) dari Mukim Kerdau, Temerloh, Pahang, daging kerbau sebenarnya mempunyai rasa yang sama dengan daging Rusa, namun kepayahan memperolehi Rusa menyebabkan kerbau kurang exotic berbanding haiwan liar itu.
Kerbau yang anda lihat ini mempunyai berat 1/2 tan, dan memerlukan kekuatan 4 orang lelaki yang dah kawin, 10 orang anak angkat yang tak pernah masuk kampung, dan pengalaman seorang pak cik yg masih segar dikala umur mencecah 70 tahun untuk menjatuhkannya. Kerbau saiz ini mampu menjamu seramai 1000 orang lebih...lebih-lebih lagi jika ia dimasak 'pedas giler', kerana itu akan menyebabkan 15 peratus tetamu tak makan, sebaliknya makan ikan kering dengan tembikai sahaja.

It goes to say...u don't need a good camera to get good photos.
All you need is a little bit of imagination...

Woo Hoo....
Just finished my last paper for the end of year exam.
Can't believe how fast time went by. My ummi told me yesterday when we were on the phone, "Uk aloh la Yo...pejey celek pejey celek...nok abih doh eh ngaji nyoh. Yo kkelip sekali pah ni nok bbini doh pulok. Kkelip duo kali buleh anok pulok. Sak duk kkelip kerek benar la...namo branok banyok gak payoh la we...".
Well, that was a bit exegerated...but when I looked at some pictures I took last year, which I thought wasn't that long ago, I can't believe how mush I've changed...from an image of a nerd to a...I don't know what. Professional maybe?
Aku tahun lepas...
...dan aku sekarang...
I can't recall wether the change was gardual or sudden. But I did remember this inner crisis I had last year which induced me to have an image revolution. The revolution did take place, but the crisis was never resolve...but the good news was I've learnt to live with the crisis, and are now eager to look for new crisis!
Whatever it is...this is a time to have some fun. At the moment, I don't have any short term burden to look forward to, and lets just forget any long term life-related crisis I might be having.
Ok...I'm off to AMC now for some mutant a** kickin'...X-Men lll Perdirian Terakhir.

Cara pergi: Naik kereta Honda Jun
Waktu: 9.30pg bertolak dari Deyne Avenue, sampai sana 9.45, round-round sampai 11.45
Pencapaian: Aku dapat 2 je gamba yang bagus. Eeza paling cemerlang shopping. Dini ngan Najid beli satu item je, tp tampak puas hati. Jun tak beli apa-apa

As I flipped through my Mathematical Methods notes...I wonder...
Why the hell did I take Chemical Engineering?!!
1) The big thing in high school was to have a dream of becoming either an engineer or a doctor...the third selection would be a pensyarah.
2) when I told my family I wanted to become a lawyer, my Abe Ngoh said, "Mu pekong batu sepuluh butir, 6 butir keno ppalo loyar".
3) Scolarship petronas banyak...kayo den!
4) Among all the enginnering discipline, Chemical sounds cooler than the others. SOUNDS!
Its too bad that I only realised what I like when I'm already doing my degree. But life goes on...isn't it? No regrets...its never too late to do the things u like, at the same time do things that u have to do. When it comes to this, Chef Wan is the only reference I have.
My dad used to be on bangsawan theater when he was young, together with my Ayah Chik (my dad's brother). The stageshow was so grand, that they had posters around the kampung (including kampung sebelah) promoting the play. I guess that's where the 'minat seni' came from.
Hopefully Allah put me where I feel free from guilt, free from shame, free from miserables, and free from his wrath...and that can be beside a distillation column, or with a gong and gendang ibu.
